Ultimate Pistol is formulated for use in a wide variety of handgun calibers, whether using standard lead or lead free primers. Originally formulated for, and certified with lead-free primers, this propellant has unparalleled ignition characteristics. Ultimate Pistol has a burn rate similar to Auto Comp or CFE Pistol. But, this propellant meters extremely consistently through a volumetric charger. From the superb consistency in charging, the burn rate capable of meeting all SAAMI semi-auto pistol velocities, and superior ignition, we confidently call this powder “Ultimate Pistol”. High density, double based and flash suppressed, this one ultimate propellant offers optimal accuracy, velocity and cleanliness out of any auto-loading pistol. It also works great for reduced power pistol loads, revolver loads, and low velocity cast bullet loads through rifles.

Shooters World Ultimate Pistol D036-07 Smokeless Gun Powder
This propellant has no reloading powder exact equivalent. It is faster in burn rate than Accurate No.5, and slower in burn rate than Accurate No.2. This propellant is designed and tested to work with BOTH lead-free and standard lead styphnate primers. Shooters World, LLC distributes this propellant because of its unique capability to ignite well with lead-free primers. It is perhaps the most versatile of all pistol propellants across the .380 Auto, 9mm Luger, .40 Smith and Wesson, .38 Special, 38 Super, and .45 Automatic calibers. From a competition standpoint, this propellant has the burn rate similar to Winchester Autocomp. However, Autocomp has a burn rate modifier that can impede reliable and consistent ignition. The burn rate modifier of D036-07 is incorporated within the propellant grain, and will provide more reliable ignition and consistency in velocity, than other propellants of this burn rate. The gas generation rate of this propellant should enable 9mm Luger, .380 Automatic, .45 Auto, .38 Super, and .40 S&W loaders to reach “self defense” velocities, while maintaining reasonable pressure levels. A spherical propellant, it meters through charge plates consistently and will work with a high-speed loader with very good flow. It does contain a level of flash suppressant.
